Help us launch in Ethiopia
In October, we’re traveling to Addis Ababa to begin the process of planting a TOLI microloan program in Ethiopia.
We are establishing a partnership with a powerful local ministry that serves widows and their families, offering practical help while pointing them to the true freedom found in Jesus Christ. These widows are learning that God values them and created them with gifts that can bless others. Now it's time to invest in their dreams. Working together, we will provide microloans, small business education, mentoring, and continued spiritual support. The entrepreneurs provide the creativity, conviction, determination, and hard work. Here's the best part: when the loan is paid back, it's reissued to another entrepreneur in the same community, creating opportunity that endures.
You can help this new partnership take root with a special gift to help cover the travel costs of our launch team. You can sponsor a staff member or volunteer, just indicate the name when prompted. Funds raised in excess of travel costs will be applied to provide training, microloan funds, and a salary grant for a local social worker in Ethiopia.
Fundraising Goal for TOLI staff travel: $2000
Overall cost per traveler: $2300
Trip dates: October 15-23, 2019
And please pray that God would bless and expand this new initiative. Thanks in advance for your partnership!
